Warranty and Policy Information

All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects that may arise. Regardless of whether you purchase a do-it-yourself product or a fully assembled product, Seasonal Entertainment will stand behind our products one hundred percent!

If a problem arises with a do-it-yourself product due to user error, a Seasonal Entertainment technician will try to assist you in any way possible. Most issues can be fixed quickly via email, however, in the unlikely event the problem persists, the customer can send the product back to us and we will try to diagnose the problem directly. In doing so, if it is determined that the product cannot be fixed, Seasonal Entertainment offers its customers replacement of the item at a reduced cost of 50% off the current market price. (Though note the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs inclusive of the initial purchase, any necessary return for repairs and/or for replacement products in these instances).

Seasonal Entertainment, LLC guarantees all products for one (1) year (365 days) from the original date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. Full refunds will only be issued for any manufacturing defects within 60 days of the orignal date of purcahse. If a product malfunctions after after 60 days an exchange for the product will be available.  Seasonal Entertainment, LLC can not be held responsible for any damage attributable to purchaser's assembly thereof. If said damage can not be properly repaired, a replacement product will be offered to purchaser at a 50% discount of the current market price.

Furthermore, Seasonal Entertainment, LLC guarantees all LED light strings and LED replaceable bulbs for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Buyer is responisble for shipping both ways. Full refunds will only be issued for any manufacturing defects within 60 days of the original date of purchase. Seasonal Entertainment, LLC can not be held responsible for any damage attributable to purchaser's use thereof. If said damage can not be properly repaired, a replacement product will be offered to the purchaser at a 50% discount of the current market price.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Shipping within the United States)

In stock product orders placed by 3pm EST are usually dispatched after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted. Any order placed after 3pm EST will ship the next day. If an order is placed after 3pm EST on Friday, it will not ship until Monday after 3pm EST. Similarly, if an order is placed after 3pm EST the day before a national holiday, the order will be shipped the following business day.

LED light stringers, LED bulbs and accessories are usually shipped within the same day if order is placed by 3pm EST.

Regardless of the type of product, once an order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you may track the progress of your package online.

All shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Handling fees vary depending on products and transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and its destination. As such we recommend you group your items in one order.

Note, your package(s) will be dispatched at your own risk. Seasonal Entertainment cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. However, we take special care to protect fragile objects on behalf of our customers.

International Shipping (Shipping outside the United States)

We gladly ship outside of the United States.  All international packages are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted, and our standard shipping policy still applies with most orders of in-stock products shipping the same day.

Delivery can generally be expected within 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment, however, customs inspections at both the US and receiving country’s borders may cause delays.

PreSale Policy

Throughout the year Seasonal Entertainment will hold various pre-sale events for its customers. These events feature our products at discounted, out of season costs. When ordering during the pre-sale the buyer agrees to allow Seasonal Entertainment, LLC to hold shipment for up to 12 weeks from the end of the published pre-sale date. Items are grouped into one single order and are shipped via the shipping policies listed above. Every pre-sale will have different terms and conditions that need to be agreed upon before checking out. In most cases, orders over $1000.00 USD will ship for free via UPS Ground. Full payment is required at the time an order is submitted. (This excludes LED Light String orders.)

Sale Policy

Throughout the year Seasonal Entertainment will also hold different sale events. These events will offer our in-stock products at a discounted rate. At no time during the sales may sale prices be honored on previously purchased merchandise.  These events will not be announced prior and will feature a limited quantity of products. Due to anticipated demand our standard shipping policy may be altered during these times. However, in most cases orders will still ship within one week of an order having been placed.

Support Policy

Seasonal Entertainment takes pride in offering great customer support for our products. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:

  • We will fully support all product issues for 12 months from the date of purchase at no charge, however, after 12 months repair fees may apply.

  • In the event that a return or repair is required, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

  • Seasonal Entertainment will also offer free design and product support on any installation or product as long as it pertains to a Seasonal Entertainment product and is within the scoop of how a Seasonal Entertainment product is set to operate.  Seasonal Entertainment will not be held responsible for any support questions related to non-Seasonal Entertainment products.

  • Support related to DMX product installations will be offered free of charge.

Refund Policy

In the event that your product arrives and does not function as designed or anticipated a full refund can be issued within 10 business days of the original date of purchase. Such refund will be issued once the products are received by Seasonal Entertainment. Notwithstanding the refund, the customer remains responsible for return shipping fees.

In the event you place an order and decide, before the items are shipped, that you do not want the order, a full refund will be issued. Before any refund is issued you must Contact Us first to receive authorization.

If you have installation problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
